You are required to register an account before making online purchases. Members refer to holders of the Banyan Tree Gallery Privilege Card. The card entitles you to receive an 18% discount on products, other than promotional products, consignment items, books, jewellery and CDs.
5. Does the price include postage and delivery?
The listed price is only the cost of the merchandise. Postage, delivery, shipping and handling charges are separate costs as we rely on third-party courier and delivery services.
6. Does the price include gift-wrapping?
The listed price takes into consideration packaging material to ensure the best protection of the merchandise while it is being delivered to you. If you would like the merchandise to be gift-wrapped with ribbons and gift-tag, we do charge a nominal fee of US$5.
7. How long is the delivery process? When can I expect to receive the products I ordered?
It is our policy to process all orders promptly. Do allow us up to four weeks for the confirmation of your order and delivery of the products. In the circumstances of a delay, or products being unavailable, we will advise you as early as possible so that you have the option of making alternative arrangements. For local delivery within Singapore, products can be delivered within five working days. Please note that we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of cardholder information before fulfilling an order.
8. Do you entertain a product return policy?
Though we adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition, should it be damaged during shipping & handling, kindly send us photographs of the damaged product, together with your contact details. We will assess the damages and arrange for the delivery of a replacement within 30 days. We regret that no cash refunds will be given.

12. How do I become a Member?
You simply have to purchase US$300 worth of products (excluding Shipping & Handling charges) from our online shopping site in one transaction or from any of our 38 Banyan Tree Gallery or affiliate outlets. Upon receiving your complete contact information, we will mail the Banyan Tree Gallery Privilege Card to you so that you may enjoy discounts for all future purchases with us.
13. What are the benefits of becoming a Member?
Banyan Tree Gallery Privilege Card members are entitled to 18% discounts when shopping at any Banyan Tree Gallery, Angsana Gallery and affiliate outlets. The 18% discount is also valid at the Banyan Tree Gallery shopping site (www.banyantreegallery.com). We are currently working to extend the discount to the Angsana Gallery and Museum Shop by Banyan Tree online shopping sites. Please also note that this 18% discount is not valid for promotional products, consignment items, books, jewellery and CDs.
